Samantha L. Simpson, Esq.
Attorney
Samantha Simpson is a Florida licensed attorney who has a deep passion for sharing knowledge, making connections, and preparing families for their future. Ms. Simpson is a first-generation attorney in her family who immigrated to the United States in 1992. Growing up locally, Ms. Simpson attended Clark Advanced Learning Center in Stuart, Florida, before heading to Orlando for her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Central Florida.
After taking an educational break and working as a paralegal at a local firm, Ms. Simpson returned to school to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Ms. Simpson was a member of the Dispute Resolution Board and worked as a law clerk at an employment firm in Tampa. Since graduating and becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2018, Ms. Simpson has focused her practice on ways she can continue to assist her community. After seven years of being a litigator in important fields such as employment, disability rights, family law, and housing, Ms. Simpson has found that her greatest impact is at a local, people-focused level. Specifically, using the law as a tool to help families navigate disability care, aging, incapacity, lifetime needs, and estate planning.
When not drafting legal plans and meeting clients and community members, Ms. Simpson spends her spare time with her husband at home or trying out local restaurants, caring for her wonderful pets that include several cats, a dog, and a turtle, being a part of the local bookish community, and continuously seeking to expand her knowledge (legal and otherwise) through attending local events!
